Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: All sessions must be booked in advance through AsiaOhenhen.com. Once your session is scheduled and payment is received, your time is reserved for you. Please complete the Client Intake Form at least 48 hours before your appointment. This ensures dedicated preparation, strategy development, and focused time during your session. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions are non-transferable. Payments are non-refundable within 48 hours of the session. Cancellations: All sessions must be canceled 48 hours before the session to be refundable. Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your session one (1) time with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. Late Policy: Please arrive on time. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late: • Your session will still end at the original end time • Missed time will not be extended or refunded If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled and counted as a missed session. No-Shows: No-shows are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled. Session Scope: Sessions are designed for strategy, clarity, and direction. They do not include ongoing support, implementation services, or follow-up outside of what is explicitly stated in the booking description. Additional support or extended work may be booked separately. Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential. Your personal information will never be disclosed without your permission. Agreement: By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this booking policy.
